Amory reserves the right to alter this policy at any time and reserves the right for final decision.

1. PAYMENT

1.1 For posting and handling cost, RM10 for each item for Semenanjung and RM20 for each item for Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan will be added when you check out.
1.2 Once you make the payment, means you have agreed with our T&C.
1.3 Deposit is required before we process the order for you. No confirmation order without deposit.
1.4 Full payment is required for ready stock Malaysia.
1.5 All deposit paid will be forfeited in case of cancellation or skipping the payment due date (installment case).
1.6 No exchange of item after purchased & confirmed order. (applicable for all ready stock Malaysia, ready stock USA, on the way stock and preorder item)
1.7 No refund, in case you want to cancel the item after we purchased. (applicable for all ready stock Malaysia, ready stock USA, on the way stock and preorder item). We will only do the full refund if your item is out of stock.
1.8 All the prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

2. ACTUAL MERCHANDISE

2.1 Please do measure the size, google the code and the real color before make any payment as we do not responsible of any changes. (Actual color of the item might be slightly different from picture due to individual screen display or lighting during photo shooting.)
2.2 We are so sorry, no box, no paper bag and no dust bag for outlet item/certain item. (Only watch has tin box and warranty)
2.3 Please be noted that the goods are purchased at the outlet at discounted price, which means they are not in perfect condition. We will not accept returns due to defects unless it is major defects that make you unable to use the product purchased from Amory.
2.4 Once item arrived, please check any major defect on the item within the first 24 hours. Any complaint after the 24 hours period or after you used the item, will not be entertained.
2.5 Minor defect will not be entertained as it is a normal occurrence for outlet item/boutique-transferred item. Please note that minor defect (when viewed from 1m apart) are not deemed as a defect hence will not be allowed for exchange/refund.
2.6 We always select and buy an item which we think in a good condition, but from our experience, most of items we got from the outlets, will not be 100% perfect. For example, there will be some minor scratches on the body, handle or hardware. For leather items, natural leather markings also cannot be considered defects. If you are very particular about these, please purchase full-priced items from the local boutiques in Malaysia.
2.7 All of our items are purchased either from outlets, department stores or official websites brands.
2.8 Some of these items might have been in display racks. If this is a major concern, please do not place your order.
2.8 All items are brand new (unless stated otherwise), it’s subject to the respective brand, some of them come with a tag and a care card. There are cases where tags or care card are missing from the item.
2.9 All watches come with international warranty. The battery may die during transit or after being stored in warehouse. We did not responsible for changing the battery in case if it died upon arriving your doorstep. You can go to any watch shop to change the battery and it will usually costs around RM10-RM15 only.

3. ESTIMATE TIME ARRIVAL

3.1 ETA (Estimate time arrival) is 5-7 weeks for ready stock USA or preorder items. (We will notify you by the time item arrived)
3.2 ETA (Estimate time arrival) is around 7 days for ready stock Malaysia.
3.3 Please note that the estimated delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
3.4 Please be reminded, the remaining balance must be settled within 3 days from the day item arrive or else your deposit will be forfeited. If we receive no response from your behalf or we notice that the customer is trying to disregard this matter, we have the right to put your item into auction, and no refund will be given.

4. SORTING AND POSTAGE

4.1 We have to sort out high volume of parcels every day. So, your item will be post out within 1-5 business days after payment received. Thank you for your patience.
