The convenience fee is an amount we add to the purchase price; the customer pays this fee in return to use a more convenient payment method when s/he chooses to pay using BNPL scheme. It is important to remember that the customer always has the choice to use another standard method of payment that does not require the added convenience fee, like FPX Online Banking.

This convenience fee, sometimes referred to as a credit or debit card “service fee” is established by third-party credit or debit card processors to cover the transaction costs of online purchases to allow customers to pay for services using BNPL instalment scheme. By using this scheme, customer can get the item even before finish paying the total price of the item.

If customer want to avoid paying convenience fee, please use following payment methods that will NOT incur a convenience fee:

2. Direct bank transfer

How to use Atome?

1. Select Pay in Full before add to cart then choose BNPL Atome during checkout.
2. Make payment
   Atome automatically splits your bill into 3 equal payments. You’ll pay the first payment at the point of purchase. The next two payments will be spread 30 days apart.
3. Check bills
   Check the status of your payment schedule under “Bills” in Atome app. You’ll also be informed when your payment cycle is complete. That’s it!
